Mudra Fine Blanc Factory Expansion

This is an expansion of an industrial building in SIPCOT, Irungattukottai near Sriperumbudur. Two new bays were added to the existing structure. Apart from shop floor in ground floor, a mezzanine floor and second floor ware constructed. Admin office functions from the mezzanine floor and upper floor is used as a store and compressor room. Scope of work involved new office interiors in GF & mezzanine, renovation of existing canteen, Rest rooms, cooling tower, ETP, Generator room, EB panel room, Paviour work all around the property and a security room at the entrance
