This Greenfield factory project was executed for Douceur Fashions, an international apparel manufacturing company, and comprises a modern facility designed for efficiency and durability.

The building includes a factory floor at the ground level and office cum storage spaces on the upper level. The total built-up area is approximately 30,500 sq.ft

SCOPE:

Our scope covered both civil works and office interior fit-outs (excluding furniture). Special emphasis was placed on long-term usability and low maintenance through material selection and design detailing.

A key architectural highlight of the project is the exposed aggregate exterior finish, which not only elevates the visual appeal of the structure but also offers a maintenance-friendly solution, eliminating the need for periodic repainting and thus reducing operational expenditure.

This building was designed by M/s CTC Designers, Chennai, and reflects a balance of function, aesthetics, and lifecycle cost-efficiency—tailored to meet the needs of a fast-paced, quality-driven global manufacturing enterprise.
