This state-of-the-art auditorium complex was developed for a highly reputed international school in Taramani, Chennai, and spans an impressive 84,000 sq.ft. The project was designed by M/s KSM Architecture, Chennai, and reflects a harmonious blend of functionality, acoustical performance, and architectural finesse.

The facility features a 900-seater auditorium located at the topmost level, with dedicated Drama and Music rooms, Rehearsal spaces, and Equipment rooms strategically positioned across the intermediate floors. At the ground level, a centralized canteen was built to serve the entire school community, making this structure a dynamic hub for both cultural and functional activities.

The scope of work included Civil, Public Health Engineering (PHE), and Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) roof services. The project was executed under tight timelines and high-quality standards, and we take pride in having successfully delivered this landmark educational facility.
