This project involved the development of a brand-new facility located in SIPCOT Industrial Estate, Irungattukottai, for an Indo-Japanese joint venture dedicated to the assembly of sophisticated medical equipment in India.

SCOPE:

The scope of work included:
• Construction of the main manufacturing facility
• EB rooms and facility service rooms
• A fire sump with a capacity of 2,00,000 litres
• Comprehensive land development and internal road works

The project spans a built-up area of 30,000 sq. ft., designed to meet high standards of functionality and compliance for medical equipment assembly.

The architectural design was conceived by M/s. Pithavadian & Partners, one of Chennai’s most respected and pioneering architecture firms, lending the project both technical excellence and aesthetic appeal.
